@LeonScottKiller well i was trying to make a point, although you are right, kids do watch these videos and read these comments but you have to understand this is youtube if you dont want your kids to be here, they shouldn’t be
@serenityluvsgod Ok man thats incredibly wrong. No where in Gods holy word does it say that. Go read Psalm 150 the whol chapter. It talks about praise with music but there is no specific guidlines to worship as long as your not focusing on just the music or the people playing the music. As long as your focused on God and worshiping him then it is good praise music. I am a musician and i dont write hyms i right loud Alternative rock worship songs and i dont see myself on a road too hell.
@Nkieffer000 Ha well i guess it’s just me then but it sounded a little similar with switchfoots intro and the music in the verse from Red not there intro just versus in the background, but like I said maybe it’s just me who thinks that.
@serenityluvsgod Child, you’ve much to learn. You must have gotten dropped on yo’ head when you were a baby. God don’t care whether you white, black, beige, or whateva! He don’t care how the message is given as long as it IS given! The rapper Lecrae, for instance, is the most godly man I have ever seen in my LIFE, besides my very own father. The band Switchfoot speaks to me like my pastor does on Sunday morning, like any kind of music speaks to me. Seriously, what’s wrong with you?
@serenityluvsgod ya it’s not about the beat, my father is the same way the band RED is a christian heavy rock band but if you would actually Listen then you would see, for example in Breath into Me, the singer is calling out to God to breath into him because he can’t do it anymore. You people just are too blind I bet you think dragons are evil too.
@serenityluvsgod You mad?
In all seriousness, you could not be more wrong. Just as God or his voice takes on many forms in the Bible, a heartfelt message to the public can take many forms, and music is a very effective one. Just because they aren’t telling it to you in a sermon doesn’t mean that it is unholy. You obviously have your head stuck so far up your own ass that you won’t even listen, though, so go ahead and keep spouting nonsense if you wish.
@serenityluvsgod how ignorant are you? What your saying is these people are going to hell because God doesn’t like the sound of their music? God could care less. They’re sending a good message that people will listen to. They’re evangalizing in an effiective way. do you really think playing music in God’s name is a sin grievous enough to damn your soul? Think before you talk…..
Rock music is UNholy music which the Holy Spirit cannot be a part of. Regardless of how sincere a person is, rock & religious rock, opens the door to UNholy, demonic spirits and leads to demonic oppression and even possession. God says that He will not receive those who engage in spiritual adultery and fornication with the world- those who have “touched” the unclean. These “Christians” think they are on the road to Heaven, but they are really on the road to Hell!

This sounds a little like the song “wasting time” by RED. Mostly the music not the singing.
